I started my journey in coaching women in 2014. My focus and passion since then has been helping women feel strong and confident through health and fitness.
Not only have I coached hundreds of women face-to-face but I have also enjoyed working as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Base Body Babes in Sydney, and lead coach, magazine cover model and writer for Fitness First Australia.
Online coaching has become a more accessible and realistic way for many people to stay accountable to their goals. In the fast-paced lifestyle that most people live, it can be easy to just let health and fitness take a back seat.
